If your booking was made up to, and including, 26 June 2024 it is subject to the booking terms and conditions, including cancellation and amendment policy, that were accurate at your time of booking. The new T&C’s are for bookings made from 27 June 2024 onwards.

Standard tickets
You can cancel a standard ticket and the following fees apply depending on when the booking is cancelled. Below charges are applicable per booking for the total journey price and in all cases, 100% of the booking fee and amendment fee is chargeable upon cancelling the booking.

General
Ten Plus: Group Bookings Made Easy
Here you’ll find all important information for making your group booking with Condor extra easy: from a convenient group calculator, available in this form with Condor only, to our change and cancellation policy, registration of names and seat reservation:
Definition of a group
- ten or more fully paying passengers
- same destination airport
- the outbound flight must be taken as a group.
Good to Know
For long-term bookings, we grant you an option period of 21 days from the booking confirmation. After this period has expired, your reservation is automatically converted to a fixed booking. We are happy to agree on different option periods for tenders.
Even though we try to do our utmost for you and your customers, this is not possible: Bookings already made in advance, cannot be retrospectively pooled and invoiced as a group.
Seat Reservation
Seat reservation for the passengers in your group can be made after the expiry of the option period until 48 hours before departure.
Tariff terms
Cancellation
From the date of the fixed booking* until 60 days before departure: Cancellation fee of 20 %
59 days until 30 days before departure: Cancellation fee of 50%
29 days until 15 day before departure: Cancellation fee of 70%
14 days until 1 day before departure: Cancellation fee of 90%
Cancellation on the date of departure or no-show: Cancellation fee of 100%
Cancellations are deemed to be executed when a written cancellation confirmation from our group reservations department is received. Cancellation deadlines and fees may vary depending on group size, route and dates.
*Upon the expiry of the cost-free option, your optional booking is automatically converted to a fixed booking.
Rebooking
From the date of the fixed booking* until 29 before departure: rebooking fee of 10%
28 days until 15 days before departure: rebooking fee of 25%
14 days until 1 day before departure: rebooking fee of 40%
Rebooking deadlines and fees may vary depending on group size, route and dates.
Rebooking is only permitted within the originally booked season.
Rebooking tickets from original higher-fare departure dates to lower-fare departure dates is only possible at the original ticket price. The difference plus the above-specified rebooking fees are payable when rebooking to higher-fare departure dates.
*Upon the expiry of the cost-free option, your optional booking is automatically converted to a fixed booking.
Name Changes
Please inform us of the names of the passengers in your group only after your group booking has become a fixed booking, at least eight weeks prior to departure. Subsequent name changes for flights in Germany can be made free of charge. Name changes for feeder flights are not permitted. Name change requests can be sent to us by e-mail until seven days prior to departure. After this period, name changes can only be submitted until one day before departure by calling the group reservations department during business hours, Mondays to Fridays from 10:00 to 17:00 h.
